As planned, Samsung has launched the One UI 7 Beta Program for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. The beta update is now available to participants in India, South Korea, and the United States, with users in the United Kingdom expected to join shortly.
However, Samsung recently announced a revised rollout plan for the One UI 7 Beta. Originally set to expand today (March 6) for the Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, the update has not yet been released as of now.
In a quiet move, Samsung US adjusted the rollout plan for the One UI 7 Beta expansion, changing the date from March 6 to “this week.” This suggests that Samsung may be making last-minute adjustments, potentially delaying the beta expansion.
One UI 7 Beta
With Thursday already here, the beta update is now expected to arrive within the next three days, according to the revised schedule. The details regarding eligible models and countries—India, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States—remain unchanged.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 users can now anticipate receiving the One UI 7 Beta update this week. Meanwhile, other devices, including the Galaxy S22 series, Tab S10 series, and A55, are slated to join the Beta Program by March 2025.
Adding to the uncertainty, Samsung recently rolled out the March 2025 security patch for the Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 in South Korea for devices running One UI 6.1. This development has raised questions about the timing of the Beta Program’s expansion today.
