Exynos Galaxy S21 FE
Samsung has started rolling out the October 2024 security update for Exynos Galaxy S21 FE models in India. The update, with One UI build version G990EXXSBFXJ1, is around 262MB in size and is being released gradually, so it may take some time to reach all devices.
This update strengthens the security of Galaxy devices by integrating the latest Android and Samsung security patches. It also includes several bug fixes aimed at improving overall performance and reliability.
The October 2024 patch fixes 2 critical and 28 high-level security issues from Google, along with 12 Samsung-specific vulnerabilities in system services and Knox. Samsung Semiconductor has also addressed a high-level vulnerability to enhance performance.
To install the update, go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. This will ensure your Galaxy S21 FE is protected with the latest security features.
