Google Contacts Tile on Wear OS
The October 2024 Pixel Drop has introduced a new Google Contacts Tile for the Pixel Watch, which could soon be available on the Samsung Galaxy Watch. This feature offers an easy way to connect with contacts right from your wrist.
Key Features of the New Contacts Tile
- Individual Contact Display: Shows a contact’s name and profile picture at the center, along with call and message buttons for instant access.
- Messaging Options: Allows quick replies like “Yes,” “Thanks,” and “On my way.” Users can also choose which phone number to call if the contact has multiple.
- Quick Access: Add multiple Individual Contacts Tiles near your watch face for favorite contacts.
Available with the Google Contacts app version 1.64 for Wear OS on the Play Store, this new feature complements the existing Favorite Contacts Tile to make connecting with loved ones simpler.
