Samsung has officially ended software update support for two more devices: the Galaxy M51 smartphone and the Galaxy Tab A7 tablet. These devices, launched in 2020 with Android 10, received updates up to Android 12 and will no longer receive further updates.
Samsung 4-year update cycle
Both the Galaxy M51 and Galaxy Tab A7 have completed their 4-year update cycle, meaning users won’t get any new features or security patches. While these devices are still functional for everyday tasks, the lack of updates might make them feel outdated over time.
Users can continue using these devices for essential tasks, including banking apps, but if you want to experience the latest One UI features and improved security, upgrading to newer Samsung models is recommended.
