Samsung is gearing up to launch its new Galaxy S24 FE next month, and recent leaks hint at a 100 Euro price increase compared to the previous model. According to WinFuture, the Galaxy S24 FE could cost 799 euros for the base model, which includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Why the Price Hike?
The Korean tech giant is raising the price of its Fan Edition smartphone due to several upgraded specs and features. But does this increase align with the “Flagship Killer” spirit that the FE series is known for? Many fans are questioning whether the 100 Euro price jump is justified by the rumored hardware enhancements.
Leaked Pricing from a Trusted Source
The price leak comes from Roland Quandt, a reliable source known for revealing near-accurate information on upcoming devices. Although Samsung has yet to confirm these details, Quandt’s track record suggests this pricing could be close to final.
New Colors and Design Options
Samsung is also introducing new color choices for the Galaxy S24 FE. Along with standard options like White/Silver and Gray/Black, the device will also come in more vibrant hues such as Yellow, Green, and Light Blue.
Upgraded Performance with Exynos 2400e
The Galaxy S24 FE may be powered by the Exynos 2400e processor for international markets. This version will reportedly have 100MHz lower core frequency compared to the standard Exynos 2400, which could result in better power efficiency.
Bigger Display and Camera Enhancements
The display on the Galaxy S24 FE is rumored to increase in size from 6.4 inches (on the S23 FE) to 6.7 inches. In terms of the camera, the device is expected to feature a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP Telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. For selfies, there’s a 10MP front camera.
While the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE brings some exciting upgrades in terms of display size, camera capabilities, and color options, the 100 Euro price hike has raised eyebrows among fans. However, until Samsung makes an official announcement, all details are subject to change.
