Samsung One Hand Operation
Samsung users have reported issues using the Dual Messenger feature with the One Hand Operation app. This problem affects users who want to switch between different accounts on messaging apps easily.
The main issue occurs when users try to open the Dual Messenger version of KakaoTalk using gestures. Instead of opening KakaoTalk 2 (the second account), the app launches the original KakaoTalk (KakaoTalk 1), making it difficult to manage multiple accounts.
Samsung’s community moderator explained that the One Hand Operation app currently doesn’t support Dual Messenger. However, the team is working on a solution to add Dual Messenger support in future updates. Although no specific release date has been shared, users are hoping for a fix soon.
With this update, users can expect easier switching between accounts and improved management of messaging apps.
Dual Messenger feature
Samsung users are eagerly awaiting this new update, as it will allow for a smoother experience when managing multiple accounts on messaging apps. The Dual Messenger feature is widely used by people who need to separate personal and professional accounts, and the lack of support for One Hand Operation has been a significant inconvenience.
Once the update is rolled out, users will likely be able to switch between their Dual Messenger apps more effortlessly using gestures, improving multitasking and overall usability on their Galaxy devices. Until then, Samsung users are advised to keep an eye out for future updates that will bring these much-needed enhancements.
Samsung’s commitment to listening to user feedback and improving its apps demonstrates its dedication to providing a seamless and convenient experience for its customers.
Stay tuned for future updates!
