MediaTek Dimensity 9300+
Samsung has introduced the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor in its latest high-end Galaxy Tab S10 series. This marks the first time Samsung has used a MediaTek chip in its premium devices. The Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Ultra, launched on September 27, feature this powerful processor, offering an 18% boost in CPU, 28% increase in GPU, and 14% improvement in NPU performance.
One of the standout features in these tablets is Dialogue Boost, an AI-driven feature that enhances voice clarity by reducing background noise in videos, providing users with a more immersive audio experience.
In a recent demonstration, Samsung compared the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra with the Tab S9 Ultra, highlighting performance gains and the impact of Dialogue Boost. The official comparison video showcases how the Dimensity 9300+ elevates tablet performance.
Samsung’s partnership with MediaTek may continue to grow, even with the availability of other processors like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Exynos 2400. The Galaxy S25 FE, expected in late 2025, might feature the next-gen Dimensity 9400 chip.
Meanwhile, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite with its 2nd-gen Oryon CPU and upgraded Adreno GPU will power Samsung’s next-gen Galaxy S flagships, ensuring exceptional performance in 2025.
