Samsung has big plans for its upcoming Galaxy S25 series, aiming to produce 22 million units by June 2025. A recent report reveals that production of key parts for these models has already begun, with an official launch expected early next year.
According to TheElec, Samsung’s forecast includes 6 million Standard units, 4 million Plus units, and over 11 million Ultra units, showing that the S25 Ultra will dominate production.

- Three Models: 6.2″ Standard, 6.7″ Plus, and a 6.9″ Ultra, slightly bigger than the S24 Ultra’s 6.8″ screen.
- Chipset: Powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship SoC, with rumors of MediaTek Dimensity 9400 in the Standard model.
- Design: A refreshed design with iPhone-inspired elements for a sleek look, particularly in the S25 Ultra model.
